Return Policy
All products are unconditionally guaranteed for 15 days from the date
you receive your order. Call customer service toll-free at 1-888-Kidcore
(543-2673) or e-mail at
info@kidcore.com to
get a return authorization. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is
the result of our error. Wrap the package carefully, using the original
shipping box, if possible. Items should be wrapped in their original packaging.

Shipping Information
Upon verification of order and payment information, we ship most
in-stock items within two business days of being processed. These orders will
arrive within 5-9 business days from the day that they ship. Your package will
be delivered by the United States Post Office or FedEx Ground. Orders placed on
our web site, prior to 8:00 am CST (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays, will
begin being processed the same business day. Requests received after 8:00 am
CST (Monday-Friday) will begin being processed the next business day.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Your shipping and handling charges are determined by the total weight of your
order.
